Brev Waitlist Privacy Notice
What the waitlist collects
Brev stores the verified school email and domain, full name, mobile number, date of birth, matched campus, school confirmation, intake timestamps, acceptance records, invite codes, and optional public passkey credential material. Private passkey keys and biometric data never go to Brev.
What it does not collect
At this stage Brev does not ask for street address, government ID, bank details, card numbers, or a deposit. Please do not send those details to Brev.
Why Brev uses the information
Gus AI, Inc. uses the information to verify school and age eligibility, maintain accurate campus counts, operate campus invites and passkeys, contact applicants about access, prevent abuse, and measure which pages and campaigns work.
Sharing and security
Brev does not sell personal information or share it with advertisers for their own marketing. Information is shared only with service providers used for hosting, storage, analytics, and communications. Waitlist data is protected in transit and at rest, and access is limited.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@heybrev.com. New email-verification codes expire after 2 minutes and work once. Previously issued links expire after 30 minutes, passkey challenges after 5 minutes, and signed-in campus-pass sessions after 30 days.
